Fit For Retirement
A great way to continue leading a healthy and active lifestyle after retirement. Small groups of 6 or less strength train, practice balance and agility, and build endurance.
One-on-One Personal Training
Workout in your own private suite with your personal trainer. Choose from 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions. Maximize your time and results to accomplish your goals.
Women-Only Small Group Training
35- and 45-minute workouts in a small group. These workouts are designed to maximize calories burned and improve your overall health. Sessions are offered 7 days a week and each day has a different focus so that you can come every day if you choose. Studies show working out with others helps to improve commitment.
Barre Fitness Class
Our private fitness studio now includes barre classes. Available as an add-on to small group and personal training, or as a stand-alone program. Classes will generally be 6 people or less. You can expect to work your body head to toe, building great muscular endurance, balance, core strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome and beginners encouraged to join.
Fit Kids Programs
Children know how to make exercise fun. Throughout the year we offer different programs for kids. In small group sessions the kids get to run through exercise drills with bosus, ladders, balls, steps and more. In yoga they can learn to stretch their muscles and develop self-control. Classes are great for ages 4 and up.
If you’re tired of the quick fixes that never seem to last, it might be time you take the slow and steady approach, and finally achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy body. In partnership with Precision Nutrition, I offer a year-long online lesson-, practice-based nutrition coaching program with the option to add-on a workout program to be completed on your own at home or in the gym.
