One-on-One Personal Training

Private Small Group Training
30- and 45-minute workouts in a small group. These workouts are designed to maximize calories burned and improve your overall health. Sessions are offered 7 days a week and each day has a different focus so that you can come every day if you choose. Studies show working out with others helps to improve commitment.
We offer a number of yoga classes that will help calm your mind, stretch your muscles, strengthen your core and improve your balance.
Fit Kids Programs
Children know how to make exercise fun. Throughout the year we offer different programs for kids. In small group sessions the kids get to run through exercise drills with bosus, ladders, balls, steps and more. In yoga they can learn to stretch their muscles and develop self-control. Classes are great for ages 4 and up.
Our licensed massage therapist, Jordan, is a caring and attentive therapist. Her services include deep tissue, therapeutic, pre- and post-natal, and hot stone massage.

A great complement to private training in our facility is an at-home or self-directed gym workout designed by a personal trainer. Additionally, if you cannot workout with us in our facility an online training program can be designed for you to workout anywhere, with or without equipment.
