This exclusive Fitness by Design program includes eight weeks of fitness preparation just before the race, whereupon a Boston Marathon qualified trainer travels with you to the race site, signs up with you, distributes race bibs, gets you placed at the start, and runs the race with you! Individual, Tandem, or small groups. Fun!

Written Exercise Programs : For those who have a workout area but need a plan, a written, illustrated workout program is just the ticket. Two fully illustrated workout sessions with complete instructions in one package allow you to change your routine to keep it interesting and effective.

More than a calorie counter, a Fitness by Design meal plan balances proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, fiber and water specifically for your metabolism.
