At Fitness by Design, we are a private, non-intimidating fitness facility offering both private training sessions and women-only small group training sessions (up to 10 per group). We’ve created an environment to help you not only succeed at reaching your goals, but feel great doing it. Trust me, our members have a really fun time working out with us, you’ll see

We offer training 7 days a week, including our group training sessions. We have 5am workouts all the way thru 8pm. You will definitely be able to find times that work for you, if you’ll just put down the excuses and start prioritizing your health.
If you can commit to working out at least 2 times per week and are open to making nutritional changes, you WILL lose weight, get toned, and feel great!

Once accepted you become a part of our fitness family and we will do everything in our power to help you succeed. From meal plans to a private facebook support and accountability group, you’ll have all the tools you need to have your own success story.
