I’m Meaghan Massenat, Owner of Fitness By Design, and it is my goal to help you lose weight, keep it off, and feel stronger and more confident than ever.
At Fitness By Design, we have created a non-intimidating fitness studio that allows anyone to work out without feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed. No worries about anyone watching you, no guessing what needs to be done to achieve results – we will take care of it all for you.
Workout one-on-one in a private training room with guidance and motivation from your personal trainer. Or, enjoy the camaraderie of our women-only small group training sessions offered seven days a week.
We are a small, private facility and we truly care about each and every one of our clients. We want you to get results and have fun doing it.
